Spectacular views of the Texas Hill Country and spacious homes characterize the charming Seven Oaks Neighborhood in west Austin. Homes are surrounded by rolling hills, mature oak trees, and beautifully landscaped yards. The neighborhood is located south of Lake Austin on Bee Caves Road, just 2.7 miles west of Loop 360 and three miles east of Highway 71.

The elite Seven Oaks Neighborhood draws residents looking for a luxurious setting and country charm, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin. However, they’ll find it not far away – just a 10 to 25 minute drive in traffic. Most homes are set away from the street, as to give extra privacy to homeowners. Popular architectural styles in the neighborhood include Mediterranean courtyard estates, Tuscan, Spanish, and French.

The neighborhood is served by the Eanes Independent School District, which is known throughout the state for its excellent academics and variety of extracurricular activities. Schools in the district include Valley View Elementary, West Ridge Middle School, and Westlake High School, which has been ranked as one of the top 100 high schools in the country.

For residents of Seven Oaks, there is plenty of shopping nearby. The Hill Country Galleria, located in the city of Bee Cave, features large department stores like Dillard’s and Barnes & Noble, as well as upscale specialty shops. Westlake Village is another shopping complex nearby. Situated at Bee Caves and Loop 360, residents will find it filled with local boutiques, several delicious restaurants, and large department stores for all of their shopping needs.
